21st Glow Up Transformation ft. Shocking Results

✰ ✰ hello, i've been gone because honestly i was feeling uninspired and unmotivated to create content which is okay. And yes, I believe it is okay to be a lazy piece of shit when the world itself is a piece of shit, at the moment.
but if you missed the national holiday known as my birthday, I have recently turned 21 on July 3rd. I had to put my big girl panties on and actually attempt to be an adult. My first moves were too glow tf' up, before the big event.
everything about me was absolute trash. so I booked all my "glow up" appointments on July 1st.... starting with a complete hair transformation.

after you have finished laughing; let's discuss the disgust within those photos. My hair has two weird ass colors and my beautiful bouncy curls are absolutely dead.

i've been going to Maclovia for over 4 years and she is a hair goddess. I recommend everyone to ask for her, if you go to that specific Ulta location.
what she did to my hair
* we decided on doing baby-lights with a mixture of all-over highlights to add definition to my hair. and on the rest of my hair, she dyed it a dark brunette that matches the color of my roots.
* she also placed a curly hair treatment to revive my dead curls.
i would rate my whole hair transformation as 5 blow dryers out of 5 blow dryers

i know my nails are just white, but omg they look amazing. Yes, before you make fun of me, I did ruin one toenail, BUT EVERYONE DOES.
this nail salon was super boujee, I felt like I was at a palace. genuinely, it was like being in a different universe... everyone was so kind and treated you like royalty. It took 2 hours which is so fast, in comparison to other nail salons where i am there for over 4 hours. 10/10 recommend
how i got my nails done
($45) white dipped nails - never done this before and honestly i am in love because the whole manicure process goes way faster
($27) basic pedicure : white nails - i wanted to get "gel" for my toenails, but it was $10/$20 more and my broke ass said NO.
my nail transformation is rated as 5 nail polish out of 5 nail polish

normal looking eyelashes, but they are actually my biggest insecurity. I feel so ugly when my eyelashes aren't curled. AND also this has nothing to do with my eyelashes, but please ignore my pimply looking skin... I swear it's usually perfection.

first of all, see my skin doesn't look that horrible. OKAY back to my eyelashes, I feel like I look 100000000x prettier and literally have a "i woke up like this feeling!"
I have always gone to Amazing Lash Studio, and I honestly recommend this place more than anything. They were honestly great... there was way more options and styles for a cheaper price. They aren't aggressively trying to make you schedule an appointment or sign up for their memberships. PLUS they only took an hour and have been lasting longer than my usual eyelash extension I would get from Amazing Lash Studio.
how my lashes got did
the lady recommended the "Doll Eye" style for my lashes, and we got size 12. We also got a hybrid which is a mixture of natural/classic-looking lashes and an inclusion of volume.
my eyelash transformation shall be rated as 5 eyelash strands out of 5 eyelash strands

but anyway even if you think I look like shit.... I think I look 10000000000x better than before. and that is all that matters.
it is expensive to be a girl, exactly $500 was spent that day for all my glow up sessions. Honestly, it was completely worth it. Sometimes superficial things make us feel beautiful and that's okay... but don't let materialistic items define your beauty.
